What will you do? 🦾

As a member of Smartpricing's Business Developers team for the Italian Market. You will be part of a cohesive team whose goal is to make us the No. 1 Pricing Software in the region by the end of 2024.  You will participate in both in-person and remote training sessions. You will support the sales team in the expansion of Smartpricing in the Italian market, through activities of:

  • Sales negotiation - you will manage a busy schedule of online and in-person appointments with potential prospects interested in learning about Smartpricing. You will articulate and clearly demonstrate our value proposition, creating enthusiasm among prospects.
  • Participation in trade fairs and events - Smartpricing is present at all major national trade fairs. You will attend 1-2 trade fairs per year and have the opportunity to organize on-site meetings with customers.
  • Business Development - you will proactively search for new business opportunities, through cold calling and cold emailing.
  • Data analysis and regular reviews - you will hone your analytical skills by learning how to critically read through your pipeline, using the best and most advanced sales tools on the market!
  • Reaching the monthly target - your main goal will be to reach and exceed the ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) target with an incentivizing bonus plan, handling 70 to 90 negotiations per month.

What are we looking for? 👀

  • Team player with winning mentality - your desire is to consistently exceed 100% of the monthly quota, and you are willing to make sacrifices so that your colleagues reach it too.
  • Data-driven thinking- you are skilled at analyzing and interpreting data, making decisions based on quantitative evidence, continuously improving business strategies through the effective use of data.
  • Desire to learn - you are willing to receive on the field coaching sessions and you are eager to read books on how to improve your sales skills. Training can take place in-person or remotely. We like to meet from time to time to share company values.
  • Experience in the role - you have at least 3 - 5 years previous experience in a sales team (SAAS, Software, Services) where you brilliantly exceeded your sales targets.
  • Organization - you pay attention to detail, maniacally plan your agenda and update the CRM in a timely manner.
  • Productivity - you have a strong motivation to sell into the SMEs market, managing short and intense sales cycles.
  • English language - B2 or above.
