What are you going to do? 🦾

As a member of the Sales Representative team you will be part of a cohesive team whose goal is to make us the No. 1 Pricing Software in Europe by the end of 2023. The market is the DACH market (Germany, Austria and German-speaking Switzerland).

You will support the sales team in expanding Smartpricing in the Italian market, through activities of:

  • Outbound & Inbound Prospect - You will have to identify and find high quality contacts by calling accommodations with the main objective of appointment making through a list that will be profiled to you by the company. You will have referral Business Developers and through the management of virtual calendars you will arrange these meetings to them.
  • Participation in trade shows and events - Smartpricing is present at all major national industry trade shows. You will attend 1-2 industry trade shows per year and have the opportunity to arrange on-site meetings with clients
  • Data analysis and periodic reviews - you will hone your analytical skills by learning how to critically read the performance of your pipeline, using the best and most advanced sales tools on the market!
  • Achieving monthly target-your main goal will be to get the appointments made for Business Developers executed. You will have to perform from 50-70 daily activities. Hiring contract CCNL Trade + Bonus on achieved goals.

What are we looking for?

  • Winning but team mentality-your desire is to consistently exceed 100 percent of the monthly sales target, and you are willing to sacrifice so that your colleagues also reach it.
  • Desire to learn-you do not feel you have arrived and are willing to train in the field and in books about how to improve your sales skills.
  • Experience in the role - you have a minimum of 1 year prior experience in telephone sales and a minimum of 1 year experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Organization - you are detail-oriented, maniacally plan your agenda and update your CRM in a timely manner.
  • Productivity-it motivates you to work with SMEs, managing short and intense sales cycles.
